Pineapple Cove Vacation Rental Pricing

Whether you're planning a summer getaway or a winter escape, we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Below, you'll find our seasonal rates along with important information to help you plan the perfect vacation at Pineapple Cove.

Seasonal Rates

For extended stays longer than one month, we are happy to discuss customized rates for "Snow Birds." Please inquire directly for more details.

Low Season
May 1st - October 31st
$1,750 per week | $6,000 per month

High Season
November 1st - April 30th
$2,500 per week | $7,000 per month

Minimum Stay

Due to the City of Sarasota regulations, the minimum stay at Pineapple Cove is one week.

Cleaning Deposit

A $100 cleaning deposit is required for all stays, regardless of length.

Non-Smoking Property

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, Pineapple Cove is a strictly non-smoking property.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome upon request, subject to an increased security deposit. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Terms: In addition to the $100 cleaning deposit, there is a non-refundable 10% down-payment on the total rental to secure the booking. The (90%) balance of the rental is due and payable at least (60) days prior to arrival.
